Our founding story
Heartfelt Medical Services was founded by Jody Gosnell in 2025 in response to a growing need for patient-centered healthcare that puts kindness and compassion first, a practice where clinical excellence is matched by sincere personal attention.
Career and experience
Jody began her nursing career in the hospital with a dedicated focus on women's and children's health, with hands-on experience across Pediatrics, Pediatric Intensive Care, Neonatal Intensive Care, Labor and Delivery, and Mom/Baby units.
She became a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2016 and has since focused on compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals of all ages, with a special emphasis on geriatrics. She has worked across acute care, long-term care, sub-acute rehabilitation, family practice clinics, and home care for homebound patients.
That breadth, from high-acuity neonatal and pediatric care to comprehensive family and home-based services, gives her a well-rounded perspective and the ability to provide care across the entire lifespan.
